women to connect, share thoughts, ideas and resources to strengthen families, communities and ultimately the world.

Launched in April 2003, the company was created to provide
opportunities for African American women to network. Through conferences, seminars held on-line and in states across the country,
spa retreats and in partnership with other organizations, Sisters at the Well provides the forum for women to link arms and
aims to ensure our collective success.

Friends of Sisters at the Well, Inc. is host to
the annual We See You Awards, honoring women who's collective work spans over 100 years of public service.
The We See You Awards is held in October at the beautiful
Skirball Cultural Center, Los Angeles California.
